Russ Pond
Principal
Pond graduated with a BS in Electrical and
Computer Engineering from the University
of Texas. Finding that balance between
technology and creativity, Pond experienced
immediate success in technical marketing for
telecom giants like Uniden and Nokia. His
pragmatic and creative perspective regarding today’s business landscape created a variety of opportunities in the area of new business development and marketing communications.
With three patents to his name and two more pending, Pond’s approach to business communication is dynamic and innovative. His 16 years of experience working for Fortune 500 companies helped him gain invaluable experience and business insight.
In 1998, Pond launched Top Pup Media as a production company, but his knowledge of technology and unique approach to marketing soon transformed Top Pup Media into a media and marketing company.
Kevin Hanson
Strategic Partner
Founder of Drive Collective, Hanson has managed communication projects, teams and organizations since 1988, garnering awards for promotional campaigns and training programs across industry segments.
Hanson’s vast business communication experience includes independent projects in medical education and for Fortune 500 technology companies. As VP of Product Development for PRIMEDIA Workplace Learning, his teams developed hundreds of accredited, continuing education activities for broadcast and interactive audiences.
Hanson holds a BA in Communication from Florida Atlantic University.
Scott Ross
Business Development
Ross has 17 years of work experience in sales, marketing, and financial services. During that time, he sold technology services to several media, entertainment, telecommunication, and sports accounts. His achievements have included several sales awards for revenue, leadership, and customer satisfaction.
Most recently, Ross sold IBM hosting services to mid-sized companies. He is currently pursuing his Masters Degree in business from University of Dallas. In addition, Ross has done camera work for AFI Dallas and finishing up his documentary feature film, Going Bats.
